The vacuum disperser is suitable for liquid dispersion of dyes, pigments, coatings, inks, adhesives, resins, ointments, cosmetics, papermaking, food, rubber and plastics, composite materials, insulating materials, magnetic materials, other color pastes and other chemical products. It is a processing equipment for stirring, homogenizing, mixing and dissolving. It can also be used in processes involving materials with various bubbles and volatile solvents. By vacuumizing, the materials are dispersed in the vacuum container, which reduces bubbles and solvent volatilization. Through vacuum dispersion, the materials can be quickly degassed and the dispersion fineness of the materials can be accelerated.

Working Principle
The high-speed rotating dispersion disc makes the materials flow in a circular manner, generating a strong vortex that spirals down to the bottom of the vortex. During this process, the materials are dispersed and dissolved. Due to the intense shearing, impact and friction between particles, the materials are efficiently mixed and emulsified.
The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic cylinder to lift and lower, which drives the entire transmission device, working group and closed cover to move up and down. During operation, the cover and the tank are completely sealed, and the vacuum dispersion effect is achieved by means of the vacuum system.
